Research On The Construction Of Service-oriented Local Govemment

Abstract:This paper is based on the background of economic globalization, combined with the advanced theory of service type government, in-depth analysis of the service-oriented government theory for the practical and theoretical significance to guide construction of service government at the county level. This paper aims at the actual construction with the guidance of theory, in the process of Ru’nan county government reform in recent years, from the way of governance, public service quality improvement, the distribution of public resources, improve several aspects of people’s ideology, from the shallower to the deeper analysis of the influence of the concept of service-oriented government for the reform of county government governance mode. Based on the on-the-spot investigation foundation, the authenticity and exploratory article provides detailed data and vivid case as support, at the same time, the development of the innovation theory of service-oriented government is applied to the local government, to find the meeting point, reflecting the development of existing problems and shortcomings, to make a theoretical contribution as the development of Ru’nan County service-oriented government.
