In modern period, factors of technology is increasing gradually and the relationship between technology and sports is even closer. From technology application to assistance,then to the present technology dependence,the relationship between technology and sports ranges from alienated to close, we define this relationship of mutual separation and co-developing for interactive relationship in the developing process, technology application conditions and the role of technology is different. Reviewing the history, we can find the change of relationship between science and technology through technology application status and the different roles, and provides the basis for the study of interactive relationship.Sports and technology in the forming of interactive relationship displayed certain characteristics: continuity, universality, initiative, efficiency and competitiveness. After forming interactive relationship.the situation shown by sports and technology can be studied from three aspects. From the external to the internal:phsycal aspect,regular aspect,and function meaning are not identical. In these three aspects, sports and technology completed the interactive relationship. Based on the analysis into interactive characteristics and situation, we can find that the essence of sports and technology is technicalization of sports, it also can be regarded as scientization of sports and technique of sports.If there is no tracks on the earth, sports and technology can’t meet no matter how big the attractiveness between them,just like two trains driving in opposite direction.From mutual connection to occuring interactive relationship then later forming interactive relationship, in this development process, "tracks" plays a very important role, that is interactive path. Generally speaking, sports and technology can be divided into two paths: the first is the whole marketization path, enterprise plays a dominating role. the second one is the government’s leading path, just as its name implies, the government functions in the way. The third one we can regard it as a joint of enterprise and the government, enterprise takes advantage of its capital, human resources, marketing etc,the government has its own advantage in policy and technology.About the interaction beween sports and technology,the thesis summarizes three points: technology innovation mechanism, self-improvement mechanism, the optional mechanism and ethical mechanism,Self-improvement mechanism mechanism provides the internal motivation for the interaction, technology innovation mechanism provides the external motivation, optional mechanism makes the sports and technology choose according to their own requirements. Ethical code mechanism provides theoretical basis and regulations for its healthy development in the long run.The reason that sports and technology can be developed into the interactive relationship is the final question that studies, that is also the resource, sports and technology will eventually form such an interactive relationship when we discuss from the rationality and utilitarian.
