Analysis Of The Modern University System In China Under The Independent Educational Philosophy

In recent years, the modern university system has been the social problem of commonconcern from all walks of society. Gradually with the development of the reform of China’shigher education system, many of the constraints of the deep problems of the development ofuniversities in China emerge after and the reform more and more is reaching to the fundamental.July29,2010, the national long-term education reform and development plan for (2010-2020)(hereinafter referred to as the “Outline”) has been attracted much attention. The official release,this is China’s first educational planning in the21st century and is a programmatic documentguiding China’s educational reform and development of the next period.“Outline”highlighted theestablishment of Chinese characteristics of the mordern university and highlights of theimportant content to implement theschool’s autonomy. Improve university governance structureand a series of university system are important consteuctions. The direction for scholars tostudy the modern university system has been pointed, promoting the reform of the universitysystem.Start from any angle, the academic community have different opinions. The currentuniversity system has many shortcomings.Based on the angle of the independent school, inpromoting China’s modern university system advocated in this concept. Throughout ourcountry’s current university system problems in this article mainly from the following fouraspects:(1) the relationship between the government and universities have not to be straightenedout;(2) the relationship between society and the University is not perfect;(3) the relationshipof the university between the not yet standard;(4) the University internal managementmechanism has not been perfect. To solve these issues, this paper tried to put forward thefollowing three suggestions and countermeasures:(1) The social construction of themechanism;(2) The mechanism constuction accoring to law;(3) University managementmechanism;(4)the attention internationalization and localization combined.I hope that by usingindependent school concept,this may put forward some new interpretation to our educationalphilosophy of the modern university system construction...
