Cooperation is one of the idea promoted in new curriculum reform. In new curriculum reform, students are required to have the spirit and sense of cooperation and should cooperate actively, as well as teachers. Teachers’ cooperation is beneficial for the change of traditional teaching methods and teachers’ professional growth, which can change teachers’ work pattern from isolation to cooperation and from individual to group as well.In this paper, literature method, questionnaire survey and interview are used to make a profound study on teachers’ cooperation. A large amount fo information was collected through the ways of questionnaire survey, teacher interview and field investigation from Ku Lun M School in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, which is the object of study, and then analyzed to come out the result of this study.This paper is presented in five aspects:(1) Analyzing and reorganizing the teachers’ cooperation in definations, charactors and effects both in China and foreign countries; (2) Analyzing theory foundation of teachers’ cooperation:social interaction, population dependent model and social interdependence theory and migration theory are used as the theory foundation for the study. Through analyzing the theory foundation, teachers are expected to use appropriate language and principle to cooperate with each other; (3) Analyzing the present state of teachers’ cooperation, including cooperation atmosphere and environment; Explaining and describing the teachers’ cooperation act and attraction paid by school in form, process and effects of teachers’ cooperation to find out the existing problems; (4) Analyzing the factors influncing the teachers’ cooperation, including social, school and teachers’ factors; (5) Study of improving teachers’cooperation:in concept, cultivate teachers’ awareness of cooperation; in system, enrich the forms of teaching activity; in technical, cultivate actively teachers’cooperating ability in teaching practice; use creative evaluation mechanism to turm teachers’awareness of cooperation to practice.
