School is the important place of youth socialization.In Western developed countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions. school of Social Work has developed into a professional social undertakings. Various non-governmental organizations through the school social work service to deal with youth problems.School social workers play a unique and important role in dealing with the problem of student development.School of Social Work has been started in China,and reflects the characteristics of the times and the local characteristics.Beijing-Shanghai-Guangzhou-ShenZhen and other first-tier cities has already begun the practice of school social work.However, due to lack of theory and experience accumulated in the reflection of professional work at the same time also need the Government and the social forces of the support.
