In2004the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Physical Education Colleges and Universities Undergraduate Program main teaching guide" in the guiding ideology, targeting, content selection, evaluation and other aspects of the revised curriculum Gymnastics proposed new requirements. Tn order to understand the high-proof Teachers implementation of the new framework, the institutions set up courses Gymnastics strengths and weaknesses, general gymnastics courses to improve the quality of teaching. Relying on modern curriculum theory, the use of literature and data, questionnaires, expert interviews and other research methods in China Normal University Physical Education Curriculum Gymnastics repair a comparative study, results showed that:1)The guiding ideology and curriculum goals:positioning the new curriculum programs in line with the basic outline of the requirements and guidance. For the teaching goal, Yunnan Normal University, positioning is more detailed and workable. Teachers College on the whole "three bases" main line, capacity, insufficient emphasis on the affective domain, practical and feasible to be strengthened.2)The opening hours:The hours of the institutions set up a large difference, experts believe that a reasonable number of hours for the128-144, Beijing Normal University,128hours to meet this requirement. Teaching content, Beijing Normal University set up an independent basic gymnastics, South China Normal University set up an independent group calisthenics elective. Gymnastics as a whole to the main content, began to focus on basic gymnastics, gymnastics development and capacity-building of the teaching content, but not enough.5)Teaching structure and methods, means:teaching structure, including the preparation part, the basic part and end part.
