On july29,2010, the Xinhua News Agency authorized to release the CPC CentralCommittee and State Council issued the national long-term education reform anddevelopment Plan (2010-2011)",this is21st century China’s first long-term educationreform and development planning. The paper noted that "... the emphasis on safetyeducation, life education, national defense, education, sustainable development ofeducation..."Visible, the state and society has begun to pay attention to the LifeEducation. In today’s society, rapid economic development, cultural diversity andutilitarian thinking a variety of factors, primary and secondary life crisis, life hasbecome increasingly prominent, Therefore, life education in primary and secondaryschools has become a hot topic. This paper attempts to separated the perspective of thelife education in primary and secondary schools separated from life education, literatureanalysis and case analysis, and countermeasures to implement life education in primaryand secondary schools based on the theory of life education.In this paper, there are four parts:The first part consists of the first chapter is the introduction, put forward thebackground and significance of the problems, describes the status of domestic andinternational primary and secondary Life Education Research, to define the relevantconcepts, and put forward the basic ideas and methods of research.The second part consists of the second chapter, put forward the theoretical basis ofthe life education in primary and secondary schools, including philosophical foundation,he basis of bioethics, psychology base and education foundation, according to thesetheories, the presence of primary and secondary Life Education philosophy isreasonable, and meaningful.The third part is the third chapter, summarizes the primary and secondary LifeEducation philosophy and its pursuit of value. This article is not a kind of idea, but alsoa kind of course. Life education in primary and secondary schools should be separatedfrom the life education, targeted-oriented primary and secondary students to enhancetheir lives value and quality,can not be generally included in which the life education. Because the object of primary and secondary Life Education and University LifeEducation Education is different, therefore have very different concepts and forms.The fourth part consists of Chapters four and five. based on the characteristics ofphysical and psychological stages of development of primary and secondary, theprimary and middle school students’ life and the life education practice crisis crisis asthe basis, put forward the strategy of implementation of the life education in primaryand secondary schools, including the social and family attention, making scientificplanning, training professional teachers and offering specialized courses.In summary, this paper is mainly the primary and secondary Life Educationphilosophy and implementation strategy. Its main content is a departure from thetheoretical basis of primary and secondary Life Education, interpretation of primary andsecondary Life Education philosophy, through the analysis the life of primary andsecondary students and the life education practice, separated life education in primaryand secondary schools from the larger framework of the Life Education, combinedprimary and secondary characteristics of the life stages of development, to explore theimplementation of the strategy of primary and secondary Life Education, in order toimprove the quality of primary and secondary spiritual life, and enhance the awarenessof life, improve the quality of life, provide a reference for life education in primary andsecondary schools.
