Under the Historical process of "The modernization of agriculture, The urbanization ofrural and The citizenization of peasant", in order to bring up its students with foundationability and application ability, catch up with both the new rural construction and the needs of"Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers" development, the rural basic education need deepenreform. Resent years, however, rural basic education development is obviously facing theconflict, confusion and crisis in the educational value orientation aspect. In order to break thedeadlock, rushed out of trouble and ensure the healthy development of rural basic education,it is the high time for us to analyze and reflection.On the whole, this paper can divide into three parts which is concept definition,reflection and analysis, and theory construction. The first section explores and definition threecore concepts that is educational value, education values and education value orientation.Based on this, the section discussed the changing course of rural basic education values,analyses the concept connotation of rural education basic value orientation. The secondsection introduced the mainstream value orientation of rural basic education, then point outthe theory and practical difficulties which rural basic education faced. In view of this, thesecond section analyzed the "out of the country","in the country","compromise" of ruralbasic education value orientation one by one, then reflect its own theoretical justification andreality reasonability in depth. The third section on the basis analyze of education‘s "Present"and human’s "Generative", this part put forward the "multiple present " education valueorientation and its "integrated target model of curriculum design","modern survival teachingtheory" and "inter–subjective relationship" three-in-one mode of operation way. Use this wayto confirm the value orientation diversity development trend while trying to achieve the valueorientation’s specific practice guidance. At last, the paper puts forward a new thinking to endthe chaotic situation of rural basic education’s value orientation.Because of the complexity of the education value theory system and the dynamic of ruraleducation practice, this research fails to analysis all the impact factor aspects of rural basiceducation value realization, to some extent, the "multiple present" education value orientationalso has its defects, this need to a further thinking, demonstration and perfection.
