Education as a kind of value practice, it belongs to human character, education value-orientation decides education's develop trend. Basic education is the base to the education system. Because our Basic Education is in rural environment, it has many special features, but its essence still is basic education. Researching rural Basic Education, must research its value-orientation firstly.Countryside is a developing historical category. Our countryside, agriculture and peasant have many difficulties to catch up with even lag the whole social developing speed, but they still is the element force to the whole social development.
