College Classroom Effective Teaching refers to the effective teaching by college teachers in college classroom, they following teaching rules, successful teacher follow caused, maintain and promote students to learn effectively, achieving the desired maximum degree of the teaching objectives in class teaching; College classroom effective teaching situation means of the classroom teaching of college teachers, in what ways is effective, efficient and how about the effective conditions. The popularization of higher education, with higher education generally in the whole quality problems in the present, facing the newly-established universities conditions for running schools and teaching accumulating makes the quality problem more prominent, research new effective teaching situation, influencing factors and countermeasures for the new universities, which can provide reference to improve the teaching, can also for other types of universities improve teaching reference. According to the new college teachers’teaching effectiveness of current situation, the existing problems of the ascension, especially classroom teaching effectiveness, schools must create conditions and atmosphere should be:clear orientation, value the classroom teaching, strengthen the teaching investment, support teaching environment reform, further strengthening and improving teaching management, improving the teaching quality.
