The boost of the economy globalization has led to the internationalization of politics, culture and even education. The internationalization of education is reflected in every aspect of the field of education, in which the teachers’international communication is one of the important aspects (Chen Xuefei,2002). The inflow of foreign teachers is an important link of international communication of teachers, which relates to foreign teachers’teaching, management and other issues. At present, there remains lots of blank on the study of foreign teachers’ working stress, and after studying the foreign teachers’working stress, the author found that this is a problem worth to cause attention. In this paper, Guangxi University, Guangxi University For Nationalities, Guangxi Teachers University and Guangxi Medical University were taken as investigation object, adopted the method of the questionnaire and interviews to survey the foreign teachers’ working stress. First of all, a few basic concepts were defined, and introduced two theories:Two Factors Theory, theory of relationship between stress and work performance. Then, use SPSS statistic software to analyze the data, focused on the foreign teachers’stress intensity and the correlation analysis. Finally, combined with the Two Factors Theory to analyze the source of foreign teachers’stress, and posed the stress priority processing mode, and according to the relationship between stress and work performance, put forward two ways to relieve foreign teachers’stress. The empirical study shows that, comparatively a large part (45.1%) of foreign teachers of Guangxi universities feel working stress is relatively great, and the stress feeling of relatively great and very great exceeds50%of the total number. But only7.8%of the teachers feel no stress, and there are21.6%teachers feel the stress is relatively low. Compared with those who feel stress is great, the number is relatively small. Therefore, the author believes that the stress of foreign teachers of Guangxi universities is relatively great. This study aimed to attract more scholars to pay attention to this issue, and provide the administrators of foreign teachers some reference, thus will further improve the foreign teacher’s working enthusiasm, and improve the quality of higher education in Guangxi, eventually to speed up the process of internationalization of higher education.
