The turn of the century, the United States began to take the lead in the layerteaching research. Our country in the1980s to the early90s introduced "layerteaching", and began to layer teaching for wide area of theory and practice research,east China and south China area set up quite a lot of research into the base. Since themid90s in the Midwest have participated in the experiment. At present the layerteaching into the extensive research, have points of the grade of the layer teaching,and regardless of the grade of the layer teaching; A class, group of the layer teaching,and completely individualized layer teaching, and so on.The layer teaching lies fundamentally different from in order to meet the differentstudents learning needs. Learning needs is the drive source of students’ learning, witha strong motivation. High school students with self consciousness and thedevelopment of metacognition, appear a multi-angle, multi-level needs, the teacher inthe classroom, students should respect the different levels of the study need, createconditions to stimulate students’ learning need different levels to meet different levelsof students need to learn and make their health and harmonious growth. This papermainly discussed the students in the class of the independent learning needs,belonging to self-esteem need, achievement, and needs.This study adopts questionnaire, interview survey, classroom observation, theresearch methods of literature, master the guangxi middle school language classroomteaching high school, the total of some of the current situation and analyzed. Based onthis, the selection of a language classroom teaching implementation "to learn the need for guidance of the layer teaching practice research", focus on the layer teachingprocess. After the last half year group such as contrast experiment, the experimentalclasses of students’ activity that time, classroom questioning ability, Chinese learningresults are higher than that in comparative classes. The layer teaching had strongvitality, wide adaptability, and, to some extent, solved a uniform system of theshortcomings of the teaching in class teaching, improve the quality of teaching, meetthe diverse talents and individualized need. This article, combining theory withpractice, is operable, language classroom teaching in senior high school has certainreference.
