Research On The Countermeasures Of Emergency Management In The University

In recent years, along with the rapid development of society and the deepening of the reform of the internal and external environment of universities in China, great changes have taken place in college, incident occurs frequently and has gradually increasing trend. These incidents not only cause crises of normal teaching and management and the teachers and students life order but also keep the image and reputation of college suffering serious damage. Therefore, in the background of constructing a harmonious society, how to maintain the stability and the development, effectively prevent and solve all kinds of incidents has drawed the educational and social attention. To strengthen university emergency management study has very important theoretical and practical significance.Combined the practical experience, this paper takes emergency management of the university as the research object. On the basis of the preliminary academic research results, it introduces the definition, types and contents of emergencies in the university. At the same time, the reasons have been analyzed in the deeper level. Based on the reference of the experience of the emergency management in the university aboard, it examines systematically and deeply the countermeasures to promote our emergency management of the university. In order to construct the harmonious campus, maintain the stability and the sustainable development of colleges, we should strengthened the legal system, build the joint action system, innovate the university management, cultivate students’qualities.
