Along with the development of human society progress, mankind has entered a knowledge to change, informatization, study era. The UNESCO report presents:the mission of education is to make every man (without exception) develop their own ability and creative potential. As to the education for the cause of the teachers training in the future for the country is a man of tremendous promise, therefore, must be to cultivate innovative talents as the main goal of the job, in deepening the reform of education and teaching, change the traditional teacher centered teaching mode, constructing can play the guiding role of teachers can fully reflect students main role teaching mode. The current mathematics teaching under the influence of exam-oriented education, rush, rush, weakening knowledge development process and application process, students study basically is a kind of passive learning, expand learning resources lack of awareness, lack of reflection induced awareness of learning strategies. This topic in the junior middle school mathematics classroom to introduce inquiry learning style, in the tradition of effective learning to accept at the same time, the student is placed in an active inquiry, problem solving, the cultivation of creative ability and mathematics learning in context, changing students’ passive rely on external force conclusions memory and type training" imitate problem solving machine". In this study, the cultivation of students’ innovative spirit and practical ability, make the students" how to acquire knowledge" experience, make student of the potential to be the greatest degree of excitation. This paper firstly brings forward the research background, respectively, from the current mission of education, the demand of the society, the impact of international competition and the junior middle school mathematics discipline characteristic and the present situation of the teaching mode of four angle elaborated. In the new curriculum reform of basic education and the reform of cultivating students’ independent study ability, the domestic and foreign education researchers. Then discusses the ways of learning,inquiry learning, inquiry learning and receptive learning, mathematical inquiry learning objective, principles and characteristics of the concept definition, summarized domestic and international mathematical inquiry learning style research. Home along with the education reform in education on junior middle school mathematics teaching in inquiry learning is increasing, but is still in the exploratory stage, the lack of practical aspects of the specific implementation method. This article from the middle school students’ psychological characteristics, combined with the actual survey of junior middle school mathematics classroom, learning interest, learning motivation and learning needs, aiming at the problems in the process, take corresponding measures and teaching strategies.Through the questionnaire survey before and after the experiment, experimental class students and ordinary students result contrast analysis shows:with the traditional teaching mode and teaching activities in junior middle school mathematics classroom, the research learning is beneficial to improve students’ interest in learning mathematics, help to improve students’ mathematics learning achievement, it can improve students’ study initiative, to foster the students’ question awareness and practical ability. Inquiry learning not only to good students autonomy, creativity to play, the basis of poor students’ inquiry desire and ability to also get full play, to establish confidence and interest in learning mathematics.
