By using the method of literature, interview method,comparative analysis on both sides of the strait,about middle school sports teachers’ qualification access.Through the comparison analysis found that, both of the strait in middle school sports teachers’ qualification access have three stages.The study results are:1、the main difference between china normal class and non-normal class is the first stage of teachers’ qualification,obtain the teachers’ qualification.2、the most difference between the strait of teachers’ qualification access is also in the fist stage.3、the another prominent difference in the teaching certificate is that the current system of qualification of teacher in Fujian province did not outstanding characteristics of each subject.4、In the recruitment stage of the middle school physical education teachers’ qualification access, both of the strait did not have difference in the program and the methods. But,some middle schools in Fujian which have the independent recruitment are more strictly than Taiwan.5、experts say, whether for normal class or non-normal kind of teacher, strengthening teachers’ qualification access is necessary, at the same time, we need to focus on the quality of the teachers themselves,in addition to the capability, with a heart to have to become a good teacher is more important to competent a teachers work of middle school physical education.6、Establish the perfect pre-service training system not only help the non-normal group,but also strengthen the all new teachers, it is a kind of method to guide new teachers better and faster into sports teachers’ role, and is also a key to open continue education、permanent education.
