With the continuous development of China’s graduate education, the importance ofgraduate ideological and political education is becoming increasingly prominent. China’sgraduate ideological and political education has achieved good results. But there are somecan not be ignored problems, such as the quality of educator should be further improved,there is some deviation of educatee’s cognition, the educational content lacks openness, theeducational methods lack innovation and the educational environment is increasinglyshowing the complexity. These factors have varying degree of impact on the effectiveness ofgraduate ideological and political education. They are not conducive to the comprehensivedevelopment of the talent. As we are faced with the existing problems in the process ofgraduate ideological and political education, to strengthen the research on it’s effectiveness isvery important. In the existing researches, the theoretical reference of related disciplines isone of the successful experiences to achieve important research production. Basing on theparticular visual angle of attitude theory of social psychology, using interdisciplinary researchmethod and systematology method, the thesis researches on the relevant issues of graduateideological and political education. The purpose is to find effective ways and means for theimproving of graduate ideological and political education effectiveness.The relation between attitude theory and ideological and political education includes: theinternal relation between attitude and ideology and moral, the internal relation betweenattitude formation and change and ideological and political education. In the eyesight ofattitude theory, the reasons leading to the effectiveness’ deficiency of graduate ideologicaland political education are as follows. Educators lack personal prestige and their "purpose" istoo strong; there are some differences between graduate students’ original attitude and theconcept of ideological and political education, and it’s not easily for graduate students toaccept the effect of ideological and political education; the value orientation of theeducational content is relatively narrow, and the content is single, repeated in the form;ideological and political theory teaching lacks innovation, and has not made the most ofadvantages of modern education and teaching resources; the intricacies of the socialenvironment has a tremendous impact on graduate students’ thinking, and the educationalfunction of school environment has not been fully tap, the creating of home environment isinconsistent with graduate ideological and political education. In the eyesight of attitude theory, the means to improve the effectiveness of graduate ideological and political educationmainly include: improving the overall quality of educator and culturing "charismatic"educator; playing the subjectivity of educatee and improving their internalization degree;attaching importance to the improvement of educational content and enhancing it’sscientificity and openness; attaching importance to the changing of educational methods andusing the educational ways and art effectively; optimizing the educational environment andachieving the positive interaction of educational activities and the environment.
