With the new urbanization in China, the rapid advance of the process of newindustrialization, rural surplus labor force began large-scale shift to cities and towns.The educational system or family economic affordability factors, together with theirparents into the city to study or life children constitute a new group-rural children leftbehind. The children left behind as a huge special groups, faced with the problem ofeducation, life, mental, emotional, and security aspects. Ensure their healthy growth, notonly in relation to the country’s future and the hope of the nation, but also affect socialharmony, stability and sustainable development. From this level, strengthen theleft-behind children the moral develop research has significant theoretical and practicalvalue.Through field survey, we found that the presence of left-behind children moralcultivation uneven, the causes of its poor performance, both from a lack of familyeducation, school moral education work is not in place, the adverse impact of the socialenvironment and national policies have failed to implement. To promote good moralcultivation of the children left behind, we need to start from the national policy, schoolmoral education, family education, social help, the formation of a strong educationtogether to build a "four-in-one" system and path of moral growth.Choreography from the structural point of view, this study is divided into five parts:Part Ⅰ: Introduction. Study definition, the significance of the study, current research,the innovation, research ideas and methods.Part Ⅱ: Children Left Behind moral status quo. Overall, the left-behind childrenmoral uneven, the poor performance of weariness, headstrong, selfish, rebellious,undisciplined, delinquent poor moral phenomenon.Part Ⅲ: The Children Left Behind moral bad reasons. The children left behindmoral develop bad reasons include the following four aspects: First family: children leftbehind the lack of family education environment; single family education, inter-generational education providers; guardian neglect "develop education; improperguardian education is not enough to provide correct guidance. In school: the serious"intellectual light moral phenomenon; moral lesson may not be implemented; lack ofschool counseling. The social aspects: market economy under the conditions of theimpact of a variety of social misfits thought; negative impact of the mass media;adverse effects of the social environment; Fourth national policy: the gap between urbanand rural areas; construction of boarding schools is not enough.Part Ⅳ: promoting the moral of the left-behind children’s suggestions. Nationalpolicy, school management, family education, social assistance four levels start to dealwith children left behind the moral predicament suggestions: First, improving therelevant national policies to enhance the effectiveness of moral education of the childrenleft behind; improve school moral education work, and create a care for children leftbehind campus atmosphere; improve the guardians of quality, and create a harmoniousfamily environment of children left behind; integration of social resources, andconstruction of the social support system of the children left behind.Part Ⅴ: Conclusion. Concludes the paper, and put forward the direction of futureefforts.
