With the information age coming, Information Technology education is beingreceived increasingly attention and concerns by researchers around the world. SeniorInformation Technology curriculum is the important constituent of the InformationTechnology education, It is the main method to promote the teacher’s and student’sinformation accomplishment, It is also the foundation of the Information Technologyeducation. In the basic education reform, the ordinary senior middle school Informationtechnology curriculum aims to comprehensive train and promote senior middle schoolstudents’ information accomplishment. Information Technology curriculum should guide thestudent into participating studying and using Information Technology in the active process,coordinate the knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion manner and values.Information Technology under the new curriculum will directly affect our countryinformation technology education reform, will affect the modernization educationadvancement of our country.HeBei is one of the provinces that implement the reform of basic education later. Sincethe implementation of the new curriculum, there are many problems plaguing the first-lineteachers in practical teaching of IT, For example: they don’t know how to design theclassroom instruction, it is difficult for them to control the classroom order, their quality needto be improved urgently, they don’t know how to design and implement the teachingevaluation, and so on, All these affect the implementation of the new curriculum teaching.This thesis is based on the investigation of IT teaching situation in several ordinary seniormiddle school which is running relatively strong in Handan Urban district, exploringcountermeasures. The study will guide the IT front-line teachers’ navigation to some extentand solve teaching difficulties.This thesis includes4parts in all: The introduction part succinctly elaborates simply thispaper research background, analyzes domestic and foreign to the Information Technologyteaching research present situation, proposes the Information Technology teaching pendingfurther studies the question, then introduces this paper research used main methods, includingliterature material law, questionnaire survey procedure, experimental methodology and so on;The second part through carrying on the questionnaire survey to the Handan Urban districtOrdinary senior middle school Information Technology specialized teacher, understood theInformation Technology teaching present situation, discovered that under the new curriculumthe Information Technology teaching has many problems, the appearance “the new bottlecontained old liquor” phenomenon, then to create this kind of present situation the reasoncarries on the generalized analysis from subjective and the objective two aspects, the researchcountermeasure; The third part of the thesis is directed the difficulties facing and the existingproblems under the new curriculum teaching of Information Technology, from the angle ofInformation Technology teachers to seek solutions, hope that through teachers’ personallearning and work effort to improve the teaching of Information Technology, enhance theeffect of classroom teaching. The specific measures are as follows: on the one hand, throughthe interpretation of the new curriculum, understanding of new knowledge, new form, new teaching evaluation teaching differences, a new relationship between teachers and students,the new curriculum for information technology teachers’ professional quality requirements, inorder to promote the transformation of IT teachers ideas; On the other hand, adopt a varietyof measures in teaching, including a reasonable planning, pay attention to the teachingcontent and course curriculum integration, adopt various teaching, ingenious design, developeffective teaching evaluation, in order to minimize the unfavorable factors effects of teaching,create favorable conditions for training student’s comprehensive ability, so as to meet the newcurriculum teaching objectives; Third, through the development and utilization of resources,including three parts: the development and utilization of compulsory module and electivemodules, the effective management of hardware resources, to improve the needs of teachingon software and hardware resources, to promote class effective teaching, to promote students’personal development and formation of the spirit of innovation. The last part of the thesis isto review summary, and the analysis of the shortcomings of the under-took elaborating, putforward further research problems.
