The implementation of tutorial system for undergraduate classes plays an important role in the innovation of talents training mode and the improvement of talents training quality.In the actual implementation process,the tutorial system for undergraduate classes has gradually been recognized by everyone,but many problems have emerged.In this context,the study of tutorial system for undergraduate classes is not only of theoretical value,but also of great practical significance.This paper aims to investigate the actual implementation of tutorial system for undergraduates in our country,find out the problems existing in the implementation of tutorial system for undergraduates in our country,explore the reasons behind the problems,and finally think about how to promote the long-term development of tutorial system for undergraduates in our country.First of all,through the related research on tutorial system for undergraduate classes,this study has determined the research ideas and methods.Secondly,construct the theoretical basis of this article.On the basis of defining the four concepts of " tutor"," tutorial system"," undergraduate tutorial system" and " undergraduate class tutorial system",and combing the development process of undergraduate class tutorial system,its characteristics and significance are summarized.In the third part,N University is selected as a case study,and undergraduate students and class tutors of N University are taken as the investigation objects.Through interview and investigation,the implementation status of undergraduate class tutorial system in N University and the evaluation of undergraduate class tutorial system by teachers and students are understood.On the basis of investigation and analysis,the fourth part deeply analyzes the problems and causes in the concrete implementation of tutorial system for undergraduate students in our country.The fifth part,through discussing the successful cases of the tutorial system for undergraduates in foreign universities,summarizes the experience worth learning,and puts forward the enlightenment to our country on the basis of the actual situation in our country.Finally,the improvement measures of tutorial system for undergraduate classes in China are mainly discussed from the following five aspects: more prominent management,more diversified functions,clearer functions,more diversified modes and more perfect systems.
