The quality education has become the focus of our current education in society. In the twenty-first century, the concept of quality education has gradually become the consensus of the community. Quality education, being proposed in the1980s, has been the focus of educational circles and also become the main melody of China’s educational reform and development. Nowadays, people from all walks of life still research, discuss and practice quality education in full swing, and the quality education is still the most important topic of different schools at all levels. From the perspective of the implementation status of quality education. whether it is some education experts and scholars, or the frontline teachers, after a long period of exploration and testing, all have raised a lot of education and teaching systems and constructive comments and measures, many of which have achieved certain results. However, besides these achievements, there are also some problems. After many years, in the process of quality education development, there gradually have been many shortcomings and confusing problems. Nationwide, the development of quality education is largely unbalanced, and there is still some distance to full implementation. Especially in front of the enrollment rate, the quality education is often extremely vulnerable. At present, the portrayal of China’s implementation of quality education in the basic education stage is:"The quality education crews are moving to grasp tightly the exam-oriented education. Although the state has actively advocated the transition from examination-oriented education to quality education, the society and schools are also actively urged and associated with it, but the idea of quality education in educational practice did not get a real implementation, people’s consciously educational behavior has not been better reflected. Therefore, in-depth investigation to analyze the quality education of high school students is conducive to better promote quality education in a practical level and promote the progress of our education work.This thesis makes Jilin Province as a case, investigates the current status of implementation of middle school students’ quality education in Jilin Province, to discover and explore which major problems and causes quality education is facing, and to strengthen high school students quality education in Jilin Province, to mention a number of measures and proposals designed to start a discussion so that society, especially educators more concerned about the implementation of middle school students quality education, promoting the development of education in our country.
