Art education plays an important part in making all-round development of socialist new generation. Art education not only improves the aesthetic standard but also is the main rule to realize the quality education. Aesthetics is the aesthetic education of students is an important means, is an important way to quality education. Students continued to receive the art education and enjoy the art through the art lessons. It makes them love their life and looking forward to the future. Then students can develop an all-round development of their personality.According to the reform,"New Art Curriculum Standard", which was made by the ministry of education in2001, the school tries to carry out the reform of basic education. According to current conditions and the current status, the school tries to give some reasonable advice in order to realize from "exam-oriented education" to "quality education" in transition.This paper was mainly based on economy, society, the school, the teaching conditions, the student learning experience, atmosphere and the fine arts students in Lufeng city and the knowledge, art performance ability, innovation ability of students to made a detailed analysis and statistics. Besides, according to the analysis of the statistical results appropriate recommendations are given.According to the investigation of Lufeng City and Shanwei area, hope to provide a reference for the improvement scheme.
