Foreign company, which is established under laws of the People’sRepublic of China, is invested by Chinese and foreign investors together or by foreigninvestors only. Chinese investors include Chinese companies, enterprises or othereconomic organizations, foreign investors and foreign companies, enterprises andother economic organizations or individuals. It comprises four kinds. This article willdiscuss talents in these companies.With the deeper development of globalization, the interdependent amongcountries is rising. Interdependent covers areas of political, economic, society andenvironmental. Politic and economic are integrated together. Economic center isnecessary to every country, such as London, New York, Tokyo, and as same asShanghai, they are the capital of countries. The international centers have their corebusiness, and welcome foreign capital and investments. Shanghai also welcomescapital and investment from other countries. According to Shanghai’s statisticalyearbook, foreign projects and contracts are reached to59,497and$175.123. Amongthat,$106.427is arrived. There are3kinds of investment, including joint ventures,cooperate ventures and sole companies. Covering an area of0.1%of China, Shanghaiattracted111.21trillion in2010, which is10.5%of China. There are224headquartersand274R&D centers which come from other countries in Shanghai. We could see theopenness of Shanghai. It also takes prosperous for itself.Foreign companies optimize the allocation of resources. We could summarizethe essential talents’ qualities, to guide practices and improve corporate’s benefits.The important goal of talent research is to promote company’s success. Talents willenter into corporations at the end. If talent research integrated with business strategies,they would promote the adjustment and optimization of enterprises. This articlecomprises research means of questionnaire, literature research and case studies.In the process of globalization, we should discuss talents research worldwide.For example, Ruimin Zhang of Haier Group, Jobs of Apple, Chuanzhi Liu of Levono,the profits of these companies are fluctuated by them. So important the talents are!They are rare resources for any company. They will lead companies to the world. This article discusses general qualities and special qualities, especially from thequality of trans-culture communication. We choose some foreigners who lived inShanghai now, and some Chinese, to discuss their qualities.With the improvement of science and technology and means of transportation,the cost of communication between people around the world is getting shorter.Competition is wider from region to the worldwide. International talents is the keyelement to company’s competitive power. The structure and qualities of talents are themain subjects we discussed in this article.
