The issuance of "Basic education course reform program (trial version)" marked our country’s basic education entering a new era-course reform era. The "outline" focused on the curriculum target, content, evaluation, which puts forward the key points of reform and the final destination. The new curriculum is being close to the campus, walking into the life of the teachers and students. In2010, I participated the action research of "music dance education project by the postgraduate student services in rural primary and secondary schools" in the Donghe town central primary school of Li Shu county in Jilin province. In the process of education, I found that the countryside elementary school music education had much delightful change, but it also had many aspects which is in need of improvement, such as singing teaching.Music has also once been known as "singing lessons" because the traditional music teaching is taking singing as the main content. Although the music teaching content is now diversified, the actual teaching practice of the singing teaching is still the main support of music teaching, especially in the poor rural elementary school where hardware facilities is not complete. But for the countryside elementary school singing teaching research, it is inevitable to start from theory to practice, and it is to implement the new curriculum concept, to explore the efficiency and quality of the most elementary school music lessons. The new curriculum reform in the teaching should be interactions between teachers and students or among students, interactive, being many exchanges and the new curriculum reform situation are beginning to improve steadily. This paper is to conduct a research on the music teaching of the rural primary school after the new curriculum reform, and to compare the primary school music course with the music teaching outline in the following aspects like:the curriculum objectives, curriculum content, curriculum evaluation and the class changes before and after the new curriculum reform. To take the Donghe town central primary school of Jilin province as a case study, this paper is to explain the change in the class of rural primary school teaching situation, the singing support from school, the learning method in the process of teaching and learning between teachers and students, and the change of the learning motivation by means of questionnaire, interview and class contrast analysis and so on. We try to explore the influential factors of rural primary school singing teaching, to promote the teaching level of rural primary school singing to raise the overall, and gradually improving the teaching quality. In the introduction part, at first, I analyzed the research background, the significance and the research methods of rural primary school singing teaching through the new curriculum concept, and then I showed the meaning of this teaching. This paper compared and analyzed the elementary school music course and the teaching outline respectively from the course target, teaching content and curriculum evaluation, and taking the Donghe town central primary school of Jilin province as a case study to research and analyze, to find out the influential factors which affected the change. After the course reform, I raised the countermeasures study of the middle and primary school singing teaching, and exemplified the Teaching Case before and after the new curriculum reform. In the conclusion part, we expounded the changes of the primary school singing teaching, and put forward some constructive suggestions.
