The development of higher vocational education history is short, but it is the cradle of cultivating talents, higher vocational schools in China so far, more than1100students, nearly8000000people, the basic realization of each city is at least provided a higher occupation colleges pattern, with the development of the development, how to seek more and more in common the competition, become a common expectation of Higher Vocational colleges. Without a doubt, effect of talent training quality in higher vocational education is the key for teachers, teacher’s individual quality and the overall level of strength, is directly related to the level of Higher Vocational Colleges quality. Teacher performance appraisal as the central link of school human resources management, the vocational colleges have great concern and attention, and take it as an important means to improve the quality of teachers and promote the development of the school. But because of the lack of scientific guidance, performance appraisal system is not perfect, all sorts of drawbacks still exist the assessment work, such as the concept is not science, is not clear, the target system is not perfect, the system is not scientific, the effect is not obvious. Therefore, how to explore a set of teachers in higher vocational colleges are an effective performance appraisal system, is an important research topic of human resource management in Higher Vocational colleges.According to the present problems, analyze problems to solve problems, first discusses the related theory of performance appraisal, including the detail index of performance appraisal, teachers, teacher performance appraisal theory factors and teacher performance appraisal and examination method based on the related theoretical analysis, in order to complete, laying the groundwork for the following the elaboration of the related theory; comprehensive, in-depth analysis of the current situation of performance appraisal in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country and the existing problems, from the "concept to implementation", from "execution to the feedback approach" have made thorough analysis, and strive to be the analysis of problems in comprehensive and complete; and then, from the teacher performance appraisal system several countries, comparative study, proposes the construction of performance appraisal of teachers in higher vocational schools should follow the principle, and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions aimed at the existing problems. Finally, practice, in-depth analysis of HY of Career Technical College teachers’performance evaluation, the existing evaluation system on the basis of analysis of its pros and cons,, and puts forward the relevant suggestions. It will be a combination of theory and examples, better to complete the study。 Through the research, this paper draws the performance appraisal in higher vocational colleges should follow the principle of common ways and perfect, but also for performance appraisal as "performance indicators", higher vocational college teachers "performance weight proportion" in the future do a more comprehensive study.
