The Practice Education Management Research Of Local Comprehensive University

Higher school take the responsibility for the cultivating talents with ability of innovation, entrepreneurship and comprehensive practice. The international competition is more intense, the bigger the employment pressure is, the higher the students’ ability of innovation, entrepreneurship and comprehensive practice ability require. The teaching work is the central work of colleges and universities, teaching process especially the practice teaching is the main channel to complete this task.Practice teaching is a key link in the cultivation of students’ innovation ability,entrepreneurial ability and comprehensive practical ability,and plays a vital role in cultivating talents.With the requirement of the social structure of people’s knowledge, ability and quality continues to improve, the practice and effect of teaching is more and more prominent. However, research on practice teaching situation of higher school shows that our country practice teaching infrastructure construction has achieved initial results, the practice teaching system has basically formed several modules, system construction has been basically sound, teachers is also further improving.but in practice,the teaching effect is just passable,there are generally facing the problem of funds, practice sites, false experiment and the decline in the quality of teaching. The reason for this is that they are deviations in the implementation of each link, it is also the reason why the universities need to strengthen practical teaching management. Therefore, more and more educators and educational theorists have paid attention to teaching management research and practice.It is becoming the important measure to improve the quality of personnel training in higher school.In recent years,research on the practice teaching are concentrated in the construction of practice system,monitoring of the quality of practice teaching, practice teaching and infrastructure construction and technical platform and material security, It is just ignored the research and reflection on the management method and process, in all aspects of the conditions are increasing perfect today, the reason why the quality of teaching practice is still just passable is that they failure to scientifically implement.higher learning should strengthen the management of each link, the use of scientific management methods centering round science management and effective implementation from plan to monitor the implementation of the quality and later, the organization system of security, personnel support to guarantee the high quality of practice teaching. Management is not mysterious activities. For managers, It is Development and reasonable allocation of the limited resources and various types of information to achieve the ultimate goal by means of forecasting, planning, organization, coordination, process control.Firstly this paper is based on the policy analysis which is related to practice teaching documents.It expounds the importance of practice teaching management. Then It introduces the structure of practice teaching of relevant concepts and the current practice teaching system.Finally, it focuses on system and mechanism of teaching practice management through using management knowledge, learning from the successful experience of management and comparison research on the local comprehensive university of six central provinces, besides, it is combined with my practice teaching center in Anhui University one year internship experience to make a depth investigation and studies on the present situation of teaching management of Anhui University practice. This paper analyse the widespread management problems of local comprehensive university in the practice of teaching from the aspects of the target design,organization and management system, file management,operation management and security system construction management.The reason is mainly related to policy documents which is arbitrary making,inaccuracy,discontinuity.In addition,coordination management mechanism of relevant administrative departments is not smooth.operation management tends to flow. It is also lack of pertinence and interactive feedback mechanism.With the bad grasp of the knowledge and means of modern management,and the lack of dialectical thinking and use,some work only pay attention to the level of technical and operational problems.they ignore the importance of system construction and consider the problem not from the global, overall macro perspective. At the same time, for the higher schools, especially the local comprehensive university in practice teaching, There are reasonable countermeasures and suggestions about how to carry out scientific management,effective implementation of each link, improve management efficiency and effectiveness,How to improve quality and to train the students’ innovation ability,entrepreneurial ability, practice ability of in-depth exploration. The decision is about democracy. The execution is about efficiency. The Supervision is about advance mechanism.With Adhering to the people-oriented,scientific development,advancing with the times, I hope to make contributions to Anhui University and similar University in practice teaching management work,so as to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in Colleges and universities practice and improve the overall quality of higher education.
