Global knowledge economy and the development of modern information technology, education innovation all over the world and learning revolution, prompting education for a new round of basic education curriculum and teaching reform in our country, pay attention to the cultivation of students’ innovative spirit and practice ability, promotes the student as the main body, teacher as the leading factor, and so the teaching concept, which is consistent with the activity teaching method features. The activity teaching method applied to the practice of high school thought political lesson teaching reform, in line with the new curriculum reform returned to the student life, student development as the education concept, also implement the new curriculum reform and implements the education for all-around development the important gripper. This article from the perspective of theoretical research and applied research, the connotation of the activities to the high school thought political lesson teaching valid use, evaluation scale, meaning and the use of the main problems existing in and reasons for the comparison system analysis, and on this basis on how to effectively use the teaching method has carried on the beneficial discussion.
