| The Construction of a double-teacher group,which can adapt the aim ofVocational education that takes the employment as the purpose, andstrengthens skills and practice, is the point of developing social required highqualified and applying employees. And it is also the main direction of thevocational education. At present the vocational education is taking on a rapiddevelopment. All kinds of Vocational colleges increase the number of recruit,and the students at school are increasing year by year. Our country tries todevelop the vocational education, while at the same time our country putsforward higher requirements to teacher group construction. But such problemsas low practical ability, single structural ability and short of practicalexperience lie commonly in most of vocational teachers. The Construction ofa double-teacher group faces a serious challenge. On the base of analysing thepresent situation The paper takes Wuhai Vocational college as an example andgives some practical strategies on the issue of the construction of adouble-teacher group.The paper addresses the issue mainly from the following aspects:Section1. To put forward the issue, make a general comment on studiesat home and abroad and explain the methods of study in brief.Section2. The paper demonstrates the connotation of double teacher. Itmeams those who not only take up professional education and have thecollege teachers’ and engineering and technicians’ ability and quality butcombine both into their process of teaching naturally. Here thepaperdemonstrates step by step what ability and quality should be aquired tobe a double teacher, then analyses the reasonable structure of double teacherin detail.Section3. Taking the survey of the present situation in Wuhai Vocationalcollege’s faculty as an example, the paper analyses the problems existing indouble teachers and its cause.The article holds the views that there lies in two causes: one is the subjective, which is partly the cognition to vocationaleducational double teachers, leading to the slow development ofdouble-teacher group; the other is objective, which is lack of scientificmanaging regulations.Section4. To demonstrate the basic strategy of doble-teacherconstruction. First, from the role of the government and society, thegovernment should support the double teachers in public opinion and providethe proper chance for them to gain fame.Besides, the government should setup a series of regulations, complete the assessing standard, and improve theincome of double teacchers; the college is supposed to provide the pre-worktraining, carry on school study and to bring in experts in order to improve theteachers’ ability and quality. Finally through the faculty’s efforts, we canachieve the professional development of double teachers.I belive only setting up a series of available, practical double-teachertraining and managing systems and creating an environment for facultyimprovement, can we promote the vocational education development inhealth. |
