With the rapid development of the times,People constantly improve the quality of life andpay much attention to the ability of intelligent.The intelligent are required to acquire not onlytechnical knowledge of modern science and culture,but also must have a sound mind andhealthy body.From the traditional school physical education curriculum of china,it is difficultto meet the needs of students.Thus it is necessary for our school curriculum to be diversifiedand personalized.Primary school physical education is the key and basic part of the wholephysical education.The pupils as the main body of sports teaching have the sense ofcuriosity,fun and playfulness.Therefore,teachers play a leading role in the physical educationof pupils.Teachers have to fully understand not only the individual differences of students andthe sports interests,but also should combine with actual situation of the factually,site conditionto excavate the School-based PE curriculum,so as to cultivate students comprehensivedevelopment and personality,and form the good habit of lifelong sports consciousness.This paper takes part of primary school in Beijing based curriculum development as theresearch object,also the leader,teachers,parents,students in primary school of Beijing as theresearch object.Through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,caseanalysis method,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,researchers investigate andanalyze the situation of implementation of Beijing primary sports school based curriculumdevelopment of primary school in Beijing.And they discuss some shortcomings of sports inschool-based curriculum development,analyzing factors of sports school-based curriculumimplementation effect analysis.Through investigation results and the situation ofimplementation of school-based curriculum development of primary school in Beijing,part ofthe main problems are as follows:1.The implementation of school-based curriculumdevelopment in hour’s arrangement is not reasonable.And the implementation of school-basedcurriculum development of sports quality can not be guaranteed;2.The development ofschool-based curriculum physical education teachers is lack of initiatively,Lacking theinitiative to develop awareness of emerging new school-based PE curriculum innovationconsciousness;3.The lack of PE school-based curriculum development resource sharing.Partof Beijing city primary school facilities and environment is difficult to meet theimplementation of school-based curriculum development.Aimed at these problems,thecorresponding strategies are considered:1.The school planer should make a reasonablearrangement of the amount of class in sports school-based curriculum implementation,in orderto ensure the quality of primary school PE school-based curriculumimplementation.2.Strengthen teachers’ guidance and innovation consciousness.PE teachersshould strengthen their own ability and level of school-based training to actively meet theuniversity students’ needs for physical education curriculum contents,such as rope skipping,dancing.3.Strengthen the implementation of school-based curriculum developmentof sports resources sharing.School leaders pay attention to the site equipment settings,so as toincrease investment and encourage teachers to develop school-based curriculum.The schoolleaders should attach great importance to the school library,Internet and other media toincrease publicity of sports school-based curriculum.
