Internalgovernance structure of institutions of higher learning is mainly refers to thecombination of these two kinds of management power,institutions of higher learningwithin the academic power and administrative power. The body of the administrativepower is in charge of the management of institutions of higher learning and theirsupport staff, and it has a strict hierarchy belonging to the statutory power.
