Promoting the development of students is not only the study need of students’, but also is our implement the fundamental goal of education. The current social need is the comprehensive development of compound talents, and our education holds historical mission of training to adapt to the social demand. To better achieve the development of the students, the education teaching that we should departure from the students’ development, and student evaluation is an important part of education for students. Paper and pencil tests were used to be a traditional student evaluation with a single method, and to be a simple quantitative evaluation to the students. To use a standard to measure students’ evaluation that limits the development of students. Therefore, the reform of student assessment has become an important content of new curriculum reform in our country; the developmental student assessment arises at the historic moment, which is based on the development of the students’evaluation activity starting point and end point of the new model. This study is the application of research on the evaluation of students in moral character and social studies.This study focus on solving the three problems:what is the current teachers implementing diversity and differences in personal character and social and developmental evaluation of students ideal mode and steps? How is the teachers implementing diversity and differences in personal character and social and developmental evaluation of students real status? What are the factors affecting teachers’ own implementation of the evaluation of students’ development both in diversity and difference? Around these three questions, this research mainly adopts questionnaire survey method, interview method and case method.This article mainly divides into four parts.The first part is the introduction and research design section. Mainly expounds the origin of this study, related research about students’ developmental evaluation in China and abroad, as well as research ideas and methods of this study and so on.The second part includes three aspects of research content. One is to construct the "three phases and seven steps" diversity and differences and developmental student evaluation model; The second aspect is found the teachers’ morality and social class in the implementation of student evaluation of both diversity and difference exist problems such as pluralistic evaluation methods of improper, multiple evaluation one-sided content; The third aspect is through independent sample T test and variance analysis, found that teachers’ gender, age, teaching age, academic title has a significant influence on the implementation of the developmental student assessment.The third part is the strategy suggestion part. According to the investigation and analysis of the front of the article, the study proposed five strategies for improvement of the diversity and differences and developmental evaluation of students in using of moral character and social classes.The fourth part is the concluding part. The author explores in-depth reflection on this research conclusions and problems.
