With the development and changes of the society, many students areeasy to be affected by different kinds of bad ideas and concepts. Somestudies showed that the way of family education, family and marriageproblems, the ability to learn and adaption, violence and youth protectionproblems, interpersonal relationships and other social issues directly andsignificantly affect the student’s ideas. However, when face these problems,there is a distinct disadvantage in the traditional school education. I, as aqualified social work and experienced educator hope both throughtraditional educational perspective to examine social work, and throughsocial work perspective to examine the traditional education, to find their ownadvantages, giving advices to educators and social workers. By various kindsof social work study on the behavior biases of students, we find the feasibility ofthe introduction of school social work in our city and the main problems for theintroduction and development of school social work in China, to providetheoretical and empirical support, and establish the basic theory framework.
