High school is an excessive period from teenager to youth. High schoolstudents change sharply in their physiology and psychology. Unstable psychologicaldevelopment determine that students of this period are easily influenced outside. Ifnot educated and guided properly, they are likely to produce a variety ofpsychological problems. It not only influences the studies of students but also affectstheir lifelong healthy psychological development. Studies have shown that themental health education is far enough from only relying on mental health class andpsychological consulation room. Science education is a main way of school education.It’s an effective way how mental health education penetrates into school scienceeducation. Information technology teaching has its unique superiority becausestudents like it and it is interactive and penetrable.This paper mainly adopts the literature research, teaching experiment andquestionnaire survey to study the penetration of information technology teachinginto mental health education in practice and theory. In theory,based on theextensive literature, it defines the specific meaning of health, mental health, mentalhealth education and mental health education penetration. And on this basis,combined the course contents and characteristics of high school students, it analyzesthe feasibility, necessity and significance of the permeable teaching. In practice, theauthor chose118students in two classes in Peixian Middle School of JiangsuProvince as subjects. At first, the author found that the students psychologicalproblems actually exist through the research. In view of the existing problems, hepermeated psychological health education through all teaching links before class,during class and after class. After a semester’s experiment, results show that thepsychological health level of the experimental class have improved greatly while thecontrol group has no change. On the contrary, the anxiety learning pressure andunstable emotion drop to a certain degree. Studies have shown that psychological health education full permeation through information technology teaching in seniormiddle school can enhance the students’ ability of interpersonal communication,stimulate students’ interest in learning information technology, help studentsestablish a correct outlook on values and achieve the win-win situation ofinformation technology teaching quality and students’ psychological health.This paper breaks the way that one-side mental health education ispermeated. It focus on the fact that mental health education is penetrated intoinformation technology teaching, which increases the level of students’ mentalhealth to a large degree. It provides reference for front-line teachers in informationtechnology to improve the students’ psychological health.
