Building a new socialist countryside, Beijing is also the society as awhole are facing significant and urgent strategic task. Science andtechnology are primary productive forces, is an important driving force ofthe new rural construction, scientific and technological progress is anincreasingly important role in the new rural construction. This thesisfocuses on the scientific and technological progress to expand the analysisof the impact of regional development, combined with the actual situationof the new rural construction in Beijing, case analysis for technologydevelopment strategy as the core content. First, the theoretical research onthe impact of the theory of scientific-technological progress and onregional development, combined with the view of the sociology of scienceanalysis of scientific and technological progress to promote thedevelopment of regional socio-theoretical perspectives. Secondly, theactual situation of Beijing’s new rural technology development strategy, forexample, the empirical analysis to explore the new rural technology development strategy for Beijing, and through analysis of the developmentof the town and village enterprises, Beijing, demonstrate scientific andtechnological progress of the new rural construction a strong supportingrole. Finally, the inadequacies of the new countryside at this stage oftechnological development in Beijing, science and technology personnelpolicy and science and technology for Beijing’s new rural developmentstrategy, in order to provide useful suggestions for technology developmentof Beijing’s new rural, so give full play to the supporting role of scienceand technology, push forward the construction of a new socialistcountryside.
