The forestry socialization service system mainly refers to the forestry cooperationorganizations, associations, government departments, forestry extension organizations, and it isthe total of services about technology, information, policy support provided for promoting theforestry development. At present, the focus of domestic research on forestry socialization servicesystem is relatively macroscopic; the empirical study of household’s demand is less. This paperselects the127households of7administrative villages in Shengzhou city, Lin’an city in Zhejiangprovince as the sample, and comprehensively analyzes the demand and influencing factors forsocialization service during the current farmers’ production process.The first part analyzes the framework and service’s basic ways of the Zhejiang province’sforestry socialization service system from the aspect of providers and demanders, and introducesthe general situation of Zhejiang province’s forestry socialization service system constructionfrom the aspects of forestry cooperation organizations, technology extension organizations,seedling service system and harmful biological control system, etc. and then analyzes thehouseholds’ characteristics, socialization service’s demand, the service’s transmission channels ofsurvey places. Specifically, the households’characteristics include the respondents’age, educationdegree, family numbers and family incomes’ compositions, etc. The most essential three servicesof households’ demand for forestry socialization service include forestry practical technology,market information service and seedling service. The households show low demand on forestryinsurance, law help, cooperation organizations, etc. In the aspects of socialization service’sacceptance channels, most of the households get through the TV, friends and relatives, etc. At lastit uses the Probit model to analyze the influencing factors of the demand on household technologyservice and seedling service, the results show that the household’s education degree, thepercentage of forestry income taken up in family incomes’ demand on forestry technology servicehas positive influence, the demand on household technology of family incomes has negativeinfluence, which can be gotten through significance test. The regression results of demand onseedling service show that the education degree, whether join in the cooperation organizations ornot has positive influence on it, while the distance from family to towns has negative influence onhousehold seedling service, other variables aren’t through significant test. Finally, based on the study of this paper, propose the policy suggestions on increasing the effective supply andsupporting the development of cooperation organizations.
