In the new knowledge economy of human society, Science and technology are partof important productive forces. The production, spread,exchanging and utilizing ofknowledge information has been the important motive force of the economicgrowth.Competitiveness of corporation will eventually evolve into the learning force ofcompetition. Good use of new knowledge and new technologies in corporation andpersonal development, and how to efficient management team that becomesentrepreneurial concern. As a new management theory, learning organization theory hasbeen causing widespread concern of management academia and society since the1990s.This theory is researched and improved deepening by the theorists, and through thepractice of exploratory by the business community. The learning organization modeland theory has been in abundance. In recent years, be attach more importance to create alearning organization by corporate and even national, in all walks of life practice isgradually increasing.TP Sichuan Branch Operations branch has been established through a decade ofdevelopment of the road. With the continuous expansion of the branch of the business,the business scope and volume of business is increasing yearly. TP Operations throughtap their own potential and improve their business management model to improve thelevel of management, however, compared to the speed of operations development,service and management level is obviously backward. Mainly decline in the quality ofservice, members are not enthusiastic about the work, the level of business is not greatlyimproved, and innovative ideas have not been applied, lack of talent attraction, teamstaff unstable. In particular, accounted for the vast majority of the younger generation ofthe Operations,"after80s" in the current environment, there has been confusion,boredom, perfunctory attitude, overstaffing. One of the most effective ways to changethis unfavorable situation is to reform the existing organization, the introduction ofadvanced management mode, the learning organization to create a corporate culturecharacterized.
