With the mature of market economy and the deepening of the reform and opening up, private enterprises in our country continues to grow, to regional economic development has injected fresh blood. In dalian as the coastal open cities in the north there is compelling evidence that the pace of development of private enterprises, private economy has become an indispensable force in dalian municipal development of market economy and the area economy new growth point, the dalian economic and social development has played a tremendous role. However, with the increasingly growth of the private economy, private enterprise’s internal labor relationship problems are increasingly apparent, sometimes serious, lead to private enterprise labor relations not harmonious, the development of the private enterprise labor relations not harmonious upgrades will for a greatly influences the construction of a harmonious socialist society, so how to solve be build a socialist harmonious society must carefully deal with. In addition, from the point of view of private enterprise development, some private enterprises appear even tense labor relations not harmonious, has threaten the healthy, stable and sustainable development of enterprise itself. And as in the case of not harmonious labor relations, to workers’ rights and interests are damage condition is common, in the long term dampened the laborer’s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, ultimately affect the entire social wealth accumulation, resistance on the realization of the socialist society. So, to our country private enterprise labor relations research has important practical significance.So should be in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the private enterprise labor relations, to explore the cause of the problem, put forward the countermeasures of building a harmonious labor relations. The author in view of the problems, and combining with the actual situation of dalian put forward building harmonious labor relations of private enterprise. First draw lessons from the United States, Sweden, Japan and other foreign advanced experience of developed countries, such as the diversification of labor dispute processing system. Dalian secondly put forward the private enterprise to construct the harmonious labor relations should adhere to the principle of the rights and obligations subject unifies the principle of labor relations, enterprise and employees common development principle, the principle of rational allocation of labor resources, phases and continuity principle; From the government, the private business owners and workers again three aspects discusses how to build a harmonious labor relations; Finally give full play to the supervision of the media, such as strengthening the supervision by public opinion of enterprise; Guide enterprises to fulfill social responsibility.
