Labor relations is the most basic and important social relations in the social andeconomic life, Its harmonious situation determines whether or not the harmony of the wholesociety’spolitical, economic and cultural fields is harmonious.With the rapid development ofprivate enterprises in recent years, some private enterprises blind pursuit of profitmaximization, overdue wages, job security is neglected, etc., labor disputes, labor disputesalso on the rise, corporate social responsibility consciousness gradually weaken.Theseconditions not only hindered the healthy development of private enterprises, while severelyhampered social stability.Therefore, the evaluation of private enterprise labor relationsbecome a top priority in the social responsibility perspective, the problems identified in ourprivate enterprise labor relations and put forward countermeasures are very urgent.First, this article describes a comprehensive research background and significance, thetheoretical foundation and research status at home and abroad, through analytical studies andreference the research results of many experts and scholars, gradually screen indicators andassign weights to each evaluation index,establish an evaluation system on private enterpriseharmonious labor relations in the perspective of social responsibility, including labor andemployment situation, the labor contract management, payroll compensation management,social security, trade unions and the labor dispute5and27two-level indicatorsindicators.Then, we evaluate our private enterprise labor relations situation through this indexsystem, calculate each index scores of the labor relations of Chinese private enterprisesthrough fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally, on the basis of quantitativeevaluation, analyze and summarize the main issues in the labor relations of privateenterprises,from the government, society and business three perspective, we propose asolution on private enterprise to build a harmonious labor relations in the perspective ofsocial responsibility.
