From the situation of economical development in our country, small and medium-sized enterprises have developed quickly, and have been one of the important parts of national economy in our country. However, the life of small and medium-sized enterprises is not too long. There are less of them well become bigger and stronger, and long-term enterprise is very few left. The key reason is these enterprises lack core talents. These talents should be trained, and the training should be tested. More and more administrators in the small and medium-sized enterprise have gradually realize the important of training and training evaluation, but the conversion efficiencies of internal training result is also too low. If people do not adopt scientific and effective measures, there is only10%of the content of training will convert to work. Therefore, the need of standardization, scientification, systematize and practical about evaluation system of internal training effect is very urgently.Just under such a background, author choose a small and medium-enterprise, GTH company, to analyzed the current situation, problem and reason of internal training effect evaluation, and designed a practicable training effect evaluation scheme for enterprise. Firstly, based on the most advanced theory of training evaluation in home and aboard, author chooses one of them and improved it. And designed Level6Training Evaluation Scheme, introduced detailedly the specific content and process of the scheme. And then explain the way of organization and implementation about internal training evaluation, include the subjective body, objective body, time and result feedback of evaluation. Finally, this article pointed out, in order to ensure internal training evaluation will be carried out successfully, the manager level should support more, the management system of training evaluation and the incentive system of training should be more perfect. Author hope this article will enlighten other small and medium-enterprise on training effect evaluation.This article contains five chapters. Chapter one is an introduction, stated the background and significance of topic chose, and researching approach and general structure. Chapter two is literature review, briefly talking about theoretical basis of aboard training evaluation model, and research result of training effect evaluation which is studied by domestic scholars. Chapter three is about ZTH company, simply narrated its current situation and analysis problems about internal training evaluation. Chapter four is about design the internal training evaluations scheme. Author designed a reasonable evaluations scheme according to the real situation of company, through analysis the need of training in the enterprise. Chapter five is the implement guarantee of internal training evaluations scheme. For ensuring the training evaluation program will be carried out effetely, the organization, system and incentive system should be built.
