Study On The Construction Of New Rural Area Development In Xinzheng City

The problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, which is always a major issue concerns between the overall situation of China’s economic and social development, the party and the government has always been highly concerned about the "three rural issues". The new socialist countryside is a central starting to make a major strategic plan to implement the scientific concept of development, building a socialist harmonious society global, which is the general policy of the new era to solve the "three rural issues".In this paper, based on the new rural construction issues related to research on carding, starting from the proposition of the new rural construction, systematically expounded the connotation of the new rural construction, characteristics, main content and related theory. The analysis of Japan, South Korea, Wuzhong of Suzhou District in the new rural construction practices and Enlightenment of induction. This paper takes the city of Xinzheng as the breakthrough point of the new rural construction, as the country’s social management innovation pilot county (city) and Henan province to speed up the process of city pilot county (city), has a unique theoretical exploration and practical experience in the new rural construction. Through the analysis of basic situation, the construction of new countryside in Xinzheng advantage, typical practice and existence problem, put forward reasonable planning and proposals for new rural construction in the city of Xinzheng.This paper tries to present situation of new rural construction of Xinzheng City, model and the development of ideas, to seek a breakthrough point, the restricted factors of new rural construction, innovation and development mode.
