On The Problems And Measures About Formly Residential System Reformation In Chinese Small Town

With the development of the planned economy system，Chinese residentialsystem about urban and rural has been gradually established. It made greatcontributions to the development of our social economy formerly. But when marketeconomy replaced planned economy in our country, the disadvantages of this kindtraditional residential system have increased day by day. It is time to reform. In theprocess of residential system reformation, the key link that small town residentialsystem reform is the hot topic of the society. From1997, small town residentialsystem has been reformed on the order in the whole country. Now the reform hasmade a breakthrough, and then played a very active role for the urbanization of ruralpopulation. But which is comparing with the government expect still has gaps. In theprocess of reformation some new problems have burst out at the same time. Forexample, the differences reformation between each area，land circulation problem andpromotion of democracy at the grass-roots level. It needs us to discuss and solve theproblems so as to speed up the pace of reformation. This paper not only summarizedthe successful experiences and practices in the process of reformation but alsoexplored new teaching from the reform ideas. And I hope to make great contributionsto that we construct harmonious society and new socialist countryside through thebeneficial exploration.
