With the trend of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, modern manufacturing industry is facing increasing competition and challenges. Manufacturing enterprise intelligence and information technology is imperative. In the enterprise of production control system, technology of manufacturing execution system has become a indispensable part of the solution in the workshop level. It can effectively connect Enterprise Resource Planning and Shop Flow Control, and eliminates islands of information through the Internet connection. The manufacturing execution system is widely used in aviation, automobile, chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, etc.According to the characteristics of the discrete processing and manufacturing of large agricultural machinery equipment production, this dissertation deeply analysed enterprise’s workshop production processes, material inventory and business management information flow, based on actual research enterprise. It developed a set of suitable for large agricultural machinery equipment processing workshop manufacturing execution system deployment solution, selecting database and analyzing the system security by the framework of the system. The whole system framework is a hybrid model witch combined C/S structure with B/S structure. On the basis of the overall design of the system, It used UML use case diagram to determine the main user roles system, designed C/S function modules’software client in detail, clearly analyzed B/S function modules’each function flow of information by using the data flow diagram, finally given the mixed mode system database’s E-R diagrams.According to the system design solution, this dissertation developed BM-MES prototype system by using.NET4.0development framework, ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server2008database. Cooperating with large agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprise production characteristics, BM-MES system has:workshop production plan management, production management, inventory management, drawing process management, personnel management, equipment management, and other functions. This system can effectively improve the operation efficiency of large agricultural machinery production workshop, lower the production cost, reduce the waste of paper drawings and process document.
