At last, it depend on the data and the model reflects the analysis of the problems to give advice to improving the level of information spread by the mass media, improving political participation in the dissemination of information, focus on the development of culture and education, efforts to enhance the sense of political efficacy of people of Tie ling city, playing the role of civil society organizations and social groups, improving the level of development of civil society, solid economic base of political participation, Promoting the institutionalization of security of citizens’political participation.
