Urbanization makes the inheritance for thousands of yearsof family pension mode gradually lose advantage; Social endowment insurance system,as an important supplement of the rural pension mode in China is faced with manydifficulties such as small coverage, management loophole and old-age insurancesystem., these difficulties can not satisfy the requirement of the development ofurbanization in our country. It is noteworthy that rural elderly spiritual support problemsare increasingly serious.Farmers as the largest class in China, which is the core and foundation of theconstruction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. How to establish conforms to thecurrent situation of the development of China’s rural pension mode, is the realisticproblem urgently to be solved in Chinese economic and social development. In view ofthe present our country rural endowment patterns exists many problems in urbanizationprocess. How to implement a "double" security model? This paper will introduce theanalysis and research from three aspects. Firstly, outlined the urbanization under thebackground of the present situation of our existing rural pension mode and the mainproblems, especially the rural elderly spiritual support.Secondly, analyzes theurbanization in our country the cause of the problems existed in rural old-age model, and then summarizing the western developed countries rural old-age model, it benefitsfor Chinese rural social endowment security.Finally, based on the above theoreticalanalysis, in view of the current rural economic development in our country, buildingdiversified endowment patterns of family endowment is the first level, and withdisparate, payment of social endowment insurance system for the second level. Children,rural communities and the governments at the grassroots level play an important role inmeeting the demand of the elderly material and spiritual life, they must work togetherto enrich the old spiritual life. Pension problem in rural area in our country has a closerelationship with the stability of the rural order and the healthy development ofagriculture; it is the realization of the foundation of a virtuous cycle of urbanization andthe key to the construction of socialist new countryside.
