The Predicament And Trend Of Rural Family Pension

At present, the aging problem is becoming increasingly serious in China.The rural elderly population has reached more than seventy percent of the elderly population in China.And because of that,compared to the city, the task of the aged in rural area is more difficult. Family support for the aged has always been the main way for our country,especially in the rural areas of our country.However, with the rapid development of economic society and the change of family structure, the problem of the single rural family support for the aged is increasingly serious.The author selects the aged who live in East Anhui Province D Town Y Village as the research objects and tries to collect relevant information by the literature method, interview method and field research method.This paper emphatically reflects the basic situation of the rural elderly from the age of the aged, marital status of the aged and their physical and healthy status, economic and social insurance status. The paper also divides their intergenerational living mode into three ways.The first way is "No separation" of the home style,what means two generations of family live together.The second way is mode of "Separation",that is two generations live close but not together.The third way is mode of "Subjective empty nest or passive empty nest".This mode contains two cases:one is the aged subjectively live apart from their children; another is the aged have no child or their children do not want to live with them.Through literature research and field survey,the author found that East Anhui rural family support is facing a dilemma which is a dynamic process from the lack support to out of support. And the dilemma expresses in instability of economic support, lack of life care and loss of spiritual comfort.In addition, the plight of the family support that the old people faced with is not caused by a single factor, but by many factors,such as the family factors, social factors and institutional factors and so on.In the end, on the basis of actual situation of Y village and the demand of the aged,the author puts forward to construct the mode of home-based care for the aged through the leading of the government, the implementation of the community,the support of family members and the join of the entire social, in order to achieve the care and medicine, worthiness, learn and enjoy of the aged.
