The secondary vocational school shoulders the responsibility of training the skillful person of local economic construction and transporting the specialized talents of the forefront of production. With entering the twenty-first century, the secondary vocational education development has already became an national policy of our country.Our state support the secondary vocational school especially the mid-western vocational school in funds and policy. The secondary vocational school develops very quickly, at the same time the secondary vocational school graduates employment obtains the attention of all trades and professions. This is a problem that bothers the vocational school, the parents and the graduates.This paper adopts literature research, questionnaire survey, case study and field survey research methods. Through analyzing the results of the survey of Hailar first vocational school graduates’employment, sum up experience, find out the effective ways to protect the graduates’employment.This paper investigated and interviewed the employing unitand the recent three years’graduates, find out the employment situation of Hulunbuir city Hailaer area first vocational school. A psychological questionnaire survey was carried on among fresh graduates, through analyzing the details of the current situation and the results of the survey, on one hand we can master the society demands to vocational school students and we can get a clear understanding of the employment situation, we also provide data supporting to the enrollment of the secondary vocational schools, on the other hand through the employment survey of graduates of secondary vocational school it is good for the curriculum, the student employment, the graduates’psychology as well as the employment training. The most important thing is that we can find problems and summarize the influencing factors of the Hulunbuir city Hailar area first vocational school graduates’ employment. We find out that causing this situation is mainly due to the impact of Hulunbuir economical, cultural, and educational factors. This paper proposed a series of measurements, the local government should play the regional advantage, fasten the pace of economic development, enlarge the educational investment of the secondary vocational school. And put forward a series of measures, increase the investment in multi-channel, establish the talent prediction system. Our school should strengthen the school teachers’team construction, reform the school curriculum, adjust the specialty, speed up the vocational reform and innovation, improve the teaching quality.
