To construct and promote digital instructional resource sharing is an important content of "National medium and Long-term educational reform and development project summary (2010-2020)". At present, domestic online video open class construction work is ongoing and this is an important cultural phenomenon, which means the original knowledge, idea and communication way limited in the ivory tower have exceeded the elitist narrow circle and become a kind of cultural resource that public can obtain and share freely, extending high quality education from students to general public. Online video open class construction, extending the education extension from school education to lifelong education, is an effective bridge form of uneven distribution of educational resources, and a beneficial attempt from popularization to quantization of China’s education career, and also is the best annotation of national education idea and a beneficial way for people undoubtedly. Therefore, to research the problems of online video open class construction and development in sharing perspective has certain practical guiding significance.This research focuses on the status of online video open class content construction, having a comprehensive reading and analyzing of the literature related to "exquisite course","video open class","content design" etc. from domestic main journals nearly three years (2009-2011) by means of documentation and grasping the theme, category and main ideas. And this research chooses four typical courses as research objects by case analysis from the platform of "love course","NetEase open class", and "SuperStar open class", and through content analysis and questionnaire investigation, summaries positive and unfavorable factors of present domestic online video open class construction in topic s electing (subject classification, subject scale, topics expectation) and content designing (content selection, organization and presentation), and puts forward the overall framework according to online video open class content construction, including the basic dimensions, basic principles and basic process, in which the basic process is the core research, having a further clarify of links of online video open class topics and specific content design, based on media cognitive theory and fine processing theory, and combining with its own characteristics.Theory when applied in practice can reflect its value. This paper applies its core research results to the online video open class content construction of "Photography Technology and Art" in Liaoning Normal University. Through the questionnaire investigation, we know learners think that the content choice of this online video open class is rich and practical; content organization is continuous and concentrated, and there is not too much redundant information, and also this class improves learning efficiency when reducing the learners load; content presentation has various forms, and the presentation time of figures, words, sound information carrier is relatively appropriate. Therefore, this research can provide reference and guidance for subsequent domestic online video open class content construction of a big range. At the same time, part of the learners put forward some improvements as reference for future research work. Finally, this paper briefly summarizes the study and shortcomings, and puts forward some further research directions.
