With economic development and social progress, physical activity has become an integral part of daily lives of people indispensable. All sectors of society have gradually realized the importance of physical exercise, to give a high degree of attention.. Enterprises as an important social groups, the situation of its sports and cultural construction, with the building of enterprise culture, as well as the development of enterprises, and even closely related to China’s economic development as a whole. Meanwhile, the vast majority of workers to carry out sports activities is bound to make a significant contribution to China’s National Fitness Program. From the present, China-related research, compared with other groups in the national fitness and sports activities of the enterprise employees did not go well. Visible to strengthen the construction of corporate sports culture has been very necessary and urgent in the current situation. How to conduct the construction of corporate sports culture, driving, affecting more workers to the corporate sports, to promote nationwide fitness activities carried out to strengthen enterprise management, promotion of production and enhance corporate culture, to become placed in front of government and sports workers an important issue.The author use literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, case analysis and mathematical statistics method and other methods to research some companies better sports activities, aimed at an objective analysis of the sports and cultural construction status of some companies to identify the impact of factors restricting the business of sports development, to extract the useful experience on the construction of corporate sports culture, and proposes the path of the sports culture construction of enterprise, forcorporate sports administrators to provide the theoretical frame of reference.The results show that:1) In sports and cultural construction, including sports management, environmental construction, system, etc. is not very consistent.2) Workers’ Sports to carry out good corporate leadership attention, pay attention to the diversity and breadth of sports activities, and effective management of sports organizations to implement good effect.3) Develop better business to provide the workers with a comprehensive sports participation conditions.4) Constraints of corporate sports and cultural construction of many factors.The proposal:1) The enterprises should enhance physical hardware facilities, convenient conditions for the creation of venues, time, funding, training and other active sports participation of workers.2) Strengthen workers Sports cognitive, learning and guidance to strengthen the theory of fitness knowledge, and sports and other sports workers, strengthening the role of the entrepreneurial spirit and the spirit of sport.3) Give full play to the role of the business of sports talent, and provide technical guidance and technical support. And improve the capacity of the sports business leaders to enhance their sports participation behavior, play the lead of business leaders, demonstrations, and a leadership role.4) Sports funding should be used on each workers, the implementation of reward and punishment system of sports behavior of the workers.5) Government departments should strengthen the guiding and regulating the management of enterprise employees Sports Cultural Organization, and strive to enrich the content and form of corporate sports activities, completion of the characteristics of the corporate sports culture system.
