Current school education is universal education, is the government standard unified course, for most of the student to carry on the uniform process of knowledge, it is difficult to achieve differentiation, personality education, lead to students’ individual character is homogenized, individuality and creativity is killed."National medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020) pointed out that implementation of personalized education, is a key to promote the reform of education, is one of the important measures to carry out quality education is the important of education implementing scientific outlook on development is with the person. Officially for the first time put forward the guidelines encourage personalized education, provide suitable education for each student’s point of view. Personalized education has become a call of The Times.Create "private schools to tailor education", is personalized education market demand oriented,"tailored" for the education way, operation strategy of personalized education, explore non-government schools to "provide appropriate education for each student, let students enjoy the successful experience of purpose, in order to promote the competitiveness of the private schools, promote the development of the characteristics of non-governmental schools, at the same time provide a reference for Chinese education reform.This article will combine business knowledge of the theory and project evaluation theory, from theory, social background, market, financial, and economic and social coordinated development, and other aspects, to "create a customised education" private schools "will be analyzed by the program, ultimately to provide investment decision is relatively comprehensive, system, the objective basis. Full-text is divided into seven chapters:the first chapter is the introduction part, this part mainly demonstrates the purpose, significance, research content and method, for domestic and foreign theory research and practice of personalized education form. Chapter2is feasibility analysis, this chapter mainly from the background, environment, technology, economy, social benefit and so on five aspects to create project feasibility comprehensively in this paper. The third chapter is the analysis of project implementation planning, mainly from the construction scheme, two production organization. The fourth chapter is market development planning analysis, mainly from the market analysis, product positioning, marketing strategy marketing strategy and so on three aspects of the project are analyzed. The fifth chapter is the financial support scheme analysis, mainly from the capital operation, financing plan, cost and profit and so on three aspects of capital operation are analyzed. Risk prevention is the sixth chapter, mainly from the technical risk, market risk and management risk analysis in three aspects. Chapter7is the enterprise prospects and exit mechanism. The last part is conclusion, summed up the "create" tailored "private schools" and the feasibility of the project development strategy.
