The novel teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching in themiddle school. There are many types of novels,this paper mainly aims at theteaching of modern Chinese fiction version high school language textbooksin teaching research and exploration, and hope to find novel ways andmethods of teaching better, to improve the teaching quality of the novel, atthe same time improve students’ aesthetic ability and reading the novelability to appreciate.This paper is divided into three parts to elaborate.The first part of the problem is mainly in modern Chinese novels aboutteaching the person teaches the version high school. The novel teachingshould be based on the new curriculum standard, teachers should respectstudents individual opinions, encourage students to individualized reading,guidance to the students inside and outside class reading, efforts should alsobe made to enhance the aesthetic ability of the students in the teaching ofnovel. However, in actual teaching, due to the influence of exam-orientededucation and other factors, there still exist many problems in novelteaching, include novel teaching programming, the lack of emotionalexperience and aesthetic infiltration, inside and outside class reading seriousdisconnect between the three main problems, the presence of these problemsseriously affect students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative of the novel.The second part mainly discuss the cause of the problems peopleteaches the version high school language in Contemporary Chinese novelsin the teaching program of the table of contents. The author reference to newstandard of teaching goals and teaching suggestions. Through theinvestigation interviews, lectures, questionnaires and other methods, Isummed up the main reason for the problems in the teaching, includingteachers ignore the stylistic characteristics, lack of aesthetic education in theteaching, ignoring the guidance of students reading method three aspects, I Hope that through the discussion of reasons, put forward somecorresponding measures to improve the present situation of the novelteaching.The third part of the paper mainly for some measures of high schoollanguage teaching problems. I presented in the novel teaching should bebased on the text in the novel teaching, pay attention to the novel featuresand artistic style. To implement aesthetic teaching of novels, create aestheticsituation in the teaching, enrich the aesthetic experience, Inspire studentsaesthetic imagination, understanding of human nature in reading andappreciation of beauty in the novel, to edify sentiment, improve the aesthetictemperament. In the novel teaching teachers should undertake to the studentreading guidance activity, through the interaction of inquiry reading, tocarry out activities to stimulate students’ interest in learning and reading;through contrast comparison reading, enable the students to know theoriginal structure and mode of thinking to improve in depth and breadth;through the interface between inside and outside class reading, to achievemastery through a comprehensive class inside and outside, and improvestudents’ ability of reading and appreciation ability.
