Political lesson is one of the compulsory course of our study and the main channel of moral education. However due to the traditional exam-oriented education and the influence of many factors, It is difficult to impress and attract students and develop a resistance to political lesson, losing political teaching activity, teaching effect is not good. With the advancement of quality education in our country and the implementation of the new round of curriculum reform, the traditional teacher-centered teaching mode is not only conducive to stimulate students’ learning motivation, cultivate the students’ interest in learning, arouse the enthusiasm of students learning and initiative, but also unfavorable to the cultivation of students’ innovative ability and practical ability. Teaching reform in the current foundation education in China, situational teaching, as a kind of advanced teaching methods, it is not only adapted to the specific requirements of the new curriculum reform, is also a kind of effective way to improve teaching quality in an all-round way and method for developing well-rounded talents with innovative significance.The main content is divided into four parts:The first part, the connotation of the high school thought political lesson teaching situation and situation. Through combining the feature of high school students as the special group and the high school politics discipline characteristics, we analysis the current situation in senior high school thought political lesson teaching’s connotation, let us have a better understanding to such a kind of advanced teaching methods.The second part, the theory basis of situational teaching in senior high school thought political lesson. Based on the new curriculum reform and the trend of quality-oriented education, combined with the high school politics teaching material’s specific case enumerate the concept under the guidance of new curriculum high school thought political lesson situation teaching in several ways, such as setting question circumstances, picture shows the situation and create music situation, etc, and discusses the different ways in the teaching of political skill and should pay attention to the problem.Therefore, this article research on the implementation of the new curriculum idea and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching provides a good platform and has a certain practical significance and research value.
